I led a full website refresh for Insight HR, focused on improving usability, navigation, and visual clarity while aligning the digital experience with the brand's professional tone and HR services. The process began with research, including a content audit, Google Analytics review, comparative/precedent analysis, and user testing to identify key friction points in the existing site. Based on these insights, I redesigned the information architecture, proposed a new sitemap, and developed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for the homepage, service pages, and contact flow. My design approach prioritized mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and a streamlined user journey that clearly communicated Insight HR's value. Subtle branding refinements were also recommended to modernize the visual identity without a full rebrand.
