Alberta Parks App Redesign

Complete redesign of the Parks Canada Reservation Service app to improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.

This comprehensive UX/UI project transformed the Parks Canada Reservation Service app through systematic research, design, and testing. Working within government accessibility standards, I redesigned the entire user experience to create an intuitive, efficient, and inclusive camping reservation platform. The project demonstrates a full design process from initial analysis to final implementation, resulting in a streamlined booking experience that reduces user friction while maintaining Parks Canada's trusted brand identity.

Design Process & Research

My design process began with comprehensive research and analysis to understand user pain points and identify opportunities for improvement in the existing Parks Canada reservation system.
